เบื้องต้นกรุณาตรวจสอบการตั้งค่าดังนี้:
เปิด Data Roaming (โรมมิ่งข้อมูล) หรือยัง? (ต้องเปิดที่เบอร์ eSIM ของ SAMURAI เท่านั้น)
ตั้งค่า APN ถูกต้องหรือไม่? (ดูวิธีการตั้งค่าด้านบน)
เลือกเครือข่าย (Network Selection) เป็นแบบ Auto หรือยัง? หากยังจับสัญญาณไม่ได้ ให้ลองปิด Auto แล้วเลือกเครือข่ายด้วยตัวเอง (Manual) ตามเครือข่ายที่ระบุในแพ็กเกจ
อินเทอร์เน็ตช้าผิดปกติ หรือโหลดไม่ไป?
ลองแก้ไขเบื้องต้นดังนี้:
เปิด/ปิด โหมดเครื่องบิน (Airplane Mode) 1 ครั้ง เพื่อรีเซ็ตสัญญาณ
ตรวจสอบว่าท่านใช้งานเน็ตความเร็วสูงสุด (High Speed) ครบโควตาแล้วหรือไม่ (หากครบแล้ว ความเร็วจะลดลงตามเงื่อนไข )
เผลอลบ eSIM ออกจากเครื่อง กู้คืนได้ไหม?
ห้ามลบ eSIM เด็ดขาด! หากลบแล้ว QR Code เดิมจะไม่สามารถสแกนซ้ำได้ครับ กรุณาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ผ่าน Line ทันทีเพื่อตรวจสอบสถานะ
ควรติดตั้ง eSIM ตอนไหนดี?
แนะนำให้ “สแกนติดตั้งที่ไทย ก่อนขึ้นเครื่อง” ได้เลย (ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต Wi-Fi หรือเน็ตมือถือตัวเองในการสแกน) เมื่อติดตั้งเสร็จ ห้ามลบ แม้จะยังไม่มีสัญญาณ เมื่อเครื่องจับสัญญาณที่ต่างประเทศได้ แพ็กเกจจะเริ่มนับวันใช้งานอัตโนมัติ
